SPECIAL EVENT: SAGA DAWA FULL MOON PUJA AND LUNCH WITH JETSUNMA TENZIN PALMO, LAMA CHOEDAK RINPOCHE AND OTHER LEADERS
As Monday 17th June is the actual Saga Dawa Full Moon, which marks the triple sacred anniversary of Buddha's Birth, Enlightenment and Mahaparinirvana according to the Tibetan Buddhist Calendar, we have requested Jetsun-ma Tenzin Palmo to preside over a puja and have lunch with other invited Buddhist leaders in Canberra and of course with Lama Choedak Rinpoche.
As this is the most sacred day of the Tibetan Buddhist Calendar, Jetsunma has kindly consented to participate the puja and lunch. As conducting this puja will have 100,000 times more merit that usual due to the triple sacred day of Saga Dawa Full Moon, we are offering you this opportunity for you to attend. There will be a 16 Arhat puja followed by a delicious catered hot lunch by Jampel-la, the Tibetan chef well known in the Tibetan community. Kindly book online by Saturday, 15 June and let others know who might be interested in attending.
