PUBLIC TALK – Buddhist Psychological Tools to Deal with Destructive Emotions – Milton

Buddhist teachings are undisputedly recognised as inner science based on rational and logical examination by human intelligence of all things from matter to consciousness.

Through the use of meta-cognitive reasoning and with the aid of analytical meditation, a 4th century Buddhist text known as 'Abhidharmasamuchaya' presents a blueprint of the psychology of suffering rooted in twenty two afflicted mental states. In order to be able to rememdy these mental states one has to cognitively know and learn to cultivate eleven wholesome mental states.

In this special seminar, RInpoche will define and teach how to develop the eleven wholesome mental attitudes to remedy the destructive emotions.
This seminar will be ofgreat interest and use for people working in mental health and caring professions, as well as all who need tools to deal with their own destructive emotions.
