The breath renews our yoga practice each time we practice on our mat. It is the breath that makes our yoga practice fresh, transformative and deeply meaningful.
Take the journey into stillness with two experienced yoga teachers Margot Porter and Kristy Mills who will guide you through the holistic practices of active, vinyasa flow, restorative asana, pranayama, meditation and chanting.
The emphasis will be on following the breath into our own being - a spacious presence naturally awake and open. The breath connects us with this moment and in this moment we can directly experience our deepest self and a natural ease and grace in life.

This retreat is ideal for those of all levels from beginners to more experienced practitioners who want to deepen their yoga practice. Enjoy time out from daily life in bush surrounds, with delicious vegetarian meals and the inspiring and joyful practices of yoga and meditation.
Parts of the retreat will be held in silence. Silence can be a deeply nourishing practice to help you connect deeply with your self.
