Bodhicitta is the most precious gem and heart essence of Mahayana Buddhist teachings. This special retreat will focus on the Buddhist teachings on how to practice love, compassion and altruism. There will be special emphasis on analytical meditation practice to gain the actual experience of the healing benefits of bodhicitta practice.
The carefully timed sessions of this retreat will be combined with theoretical teachings and guided meditations to cultivate a genuine experience of bodhicitta.
This will be supported by a logical understanding of how to apply the practice to everyday life situations.
Lama Choedak Rinpoche will lead this retreat and will also perform an Avalokiteshvara empowerment and give teachings on this practice.
