Sooner or later life presents us with difficulties that can really test us. How we look upon such times and how we deal with these situations are a measure of our wisdom or the lack thereof. While, on one level, the teachings of the Buddha are renowned for their insight into deepest aspects of the mind, on another level, the same teachings assist us in a very practical sense and can help us to reconstitute our gross emotional make up so that we come away from life's encounters enlightened and more healed than harmed.
In this special public talk Lama Choedak Rinpoche shares Buddhist insights on how to deal with personal crisis when it arises.
Recorded 19th of November 2009, Griffin Centre, Canberra City, during the launch of Lama Choedak Rinpoche's book 'Original Virtue'.
