This three day retreat is an intensive training to be able to facilitate 8-week Calm Abiding Meditation Courses. Hundreds of students of Lama Choedak Rinpoche have lead these 8-week course all over Australia and New Zealand and taught the benefits of meditation to thousands of people. Many people come away from the course encouraged to teach meditation and find that teaching meditation is a very effective way to stimulate their own regular meditation practice.
The course structure has been carefully prepared by Lama Choedak Rinpoche with a complete set of MP3 recordings covering each of the eight weeks of the course as well as a comprehensive folder of handouts with a detailed lesson plan for each week.
In order to attend this training retreat you must have previously completed a 10 Day Calm Abiding Retreat with Lama Choedak Rinpoche.
