Come and learn the pithy wisdom found in the ancient text of Lo-jong - essential tools for everyday living.

This workshop will be conducted via Zoom videoconferencing - you'll receive the Zoom link upon your registration.

Entry by donation. 

**ALL PROCEEDS GOES TO THE SAKYA TEMPLE OF PEACE PROJECT**

LO-JONG is a succinct Tibetan Buddhist text by Geshe Chekhawa which is primarily concerned with the training of how to conceive, maintain and employ good heartedness at all times as a lifetime commitment.

Lo-jong: 7 Point Mind Training is the core of mindfulness of the highest level of the Bodhisattvas that people like the Dalai Lama always teaches and inspires millions across all cultures.

Come and learn this art of highest living in the comfort of your home from one of eloquent teachers of Tibetan Buddhism.

These sessions will be recorded and can be requested after the event for a donation. Please email mail@sakya.com.au to request the audio recordings.
