They are: (1) abstract, (2) knowledge, (3) preliminary, (4) meditation, (5) remedy, (6) moderation, (7) mini break, (8) how to achieve, (9) signs of abiding and (10) stabilisation.
This course will also include 30 minutes of meditation at the start of each session. It is recommended for all and especially to those who have completed the introductory Calm Abiding Meditation classes at our centre in the past.
All are welcome, no prior knowledge of Buddhism is necessary to benefit from this course.
