CLASS: Buddhist Teachings – The Four Noble Truths In Depth

Registration is closed for this event
Go back to where Buddhism began in this special 8 week course with Tibetan Buddhist Master Lama Choedak Rinpoche.

Buddha at SaranathThe Four Noble Truths is the the very first teaching that Buddha gave at the ‘Deer Park’ at Saranath, shortly after attaining enlightenment.

All schools of Buddhism consider this teaching to be a central component of Buddhist thought.

What causes problems in our life? And how do we remedy them and create more harmony around us? Through teaching the Four Noble Truths Buddha gave answers to these questions, and at a deeper level succinctly outlined the entire context of the Buddhist path within these four points.

It goes without saying the Four Noble Truths is one of Buddha’s most well known teachings, but to fathom the deep and profound layers hidden within these statements requires considerable insight.

In this course, Lama Choedak Rinpoche will dive deep into the meaning of the Four Noble Truths. This will enable you to understand the essence of the Buddhist path and provide you the vehicle to travel from the darkness of sorrow to the light of freedom.

Most importantly, these profound teachings will provide you an effective “compass” for negotiating the challenges you face in everyday life.

All are welcome, no prior knowledge of Buddhism is necessary to benefit from this course.
