Thursday Teachings – Overview of Buddhagosha’s Vishuddhimagga (Online & In-person)

Registration is closed for this event
Lama Choedak will start teaching Thursday night classes again in term 3. You are able to join the teachings in-person at Holder or online via Zoom or the society's Facebook and YouTube pages. Everyone is welcome to join.

The Vishuddhimagga is the great treatise on Buddhist practice composed by Buddhagosha in 5th century in Sri Lanka.

It is an important Buddhist classic that seems to comment on very important Theravadin Nikayas. It is only being translated into Tibetan because of its immense value.

In this unit, Rinpoche will offer an overview of this very important Theravada Buddhist manual.

You’re able to attend the teachings the following ways:

  • In-person at Grant Cameron Community Centre, 27 Mulley Street Holder ACT 2611; or
  • Online via Facebook or YouTube

If you prefer to join via Zoom, we recommend that you register for this event. After completing your registration, you will receive an email with the Zoom link.
