The practice of mindfulness meditation has become extremely popular lately. Everyone is doing mindfulness meditation as a mainstream practice and people of all walks of life are starting to learn to sit still for 10-15 minutes each day and walk in the bush as part of wellbeing and right living.
This three-day residential retreat is for those who wish to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing and insight. It will suit most people.
Lama Choedak Rinpoche first introduced our 8 week Calm Abiding Meditation Course in 1996 - he did this with a vision to promote mindful living among all people, not just practicing Buddhists. Rinpoche started to teach Clear Light, Insight, and Single A meditation in 2016 so that seated meditation could be used to develop and enhance softness and kindness in the heart in combination with insight and right view. The profound Single A meditation is a simple and practical tool that can abruptly stop pain and suffering and help people to witness the dawning of the luminous and empty nature of all things.
Please book early to avoid disappointment as there are only limited places unless you organise your own accommodation.
