This popular eight-week meditation course is led by Lama Choedak Rinpoche, one of the foremost experts of meditation practice living in Australia. Each Tuesday, you have the option of attending the classes in person or online.

Lama Choedak Rinpoche is a well-respected and revered meditation teacher and Buddhist philosophy scholar. He is an experienced meditation practitioner himself, having undertaken a 3 and a half year solitary meditation retreat, sponsored by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
