SIBA 2012 Training the Trainer

Training the Trainer at SIBA - Class of 2009This three day retreat is an intensive training to facilitate 8-week Calm Abiding Meditation Courses. Hundreds of students of Lama Choedak Rinpoche have lead these 8-week course all over Australia and New Zealand and taught the benefits of meditation to thousands of people.

Those who complete a Ten-day Calm Abiding Meditation Retreat are eligible to attend the Train the Trainer Retreat - SIBA 2012. The course will immediately follow on from the 16th Annual Ten-day Calm Abiding Meditation Retreat starting 6pm Sunday 7th to 5pm Tuesday 9th October 2012.

The course structure has been carefully prepared and is conducted by Lama Choedak Rinpoche with a complete set of cds covering each of the eight weeks of the course as well as a comprehensive folder of handouts with a detailed lesson plan for each week.

Many people come away from the very encouraged to teach meditation and find that teaching meditation is a very effective way to stimulate their own regular meditation practice.
