Meditation has a proven record in its ability to improve health, awaken happiness, open our hearts and give a clear perspective on life. We can quickly overcome discontent, stress and anxiety - learning to take care of ourselves and others, sharing and living mindfully.
To learn to meditate you need a qualified teacher and a well-defined path. His Holiness the Dalai Lama gave five days of teachings on Calm Abiding Meditation in Sydney in June of this year – it is the foundation of the practice of mindfulness.
