Meditation has a proven record in its ability to improve health, awaken happiness and give a clear perspective on life. It enables you to identify the real causes of unhappiness and recover from stress, anxiety as well as manage pain.
There are many styles of meditation and in these classes we learn how to focus with single-pointed concentration on the breath as taught in all Buddhist traditions. This technique of mindfulness is a natural process and a fundamental life skill to help you to focus better on ordinary tasks.
Greg O'Rourke, experienced meditator and long time student of Lama Choedak Rinpoche wil be leading this course.

This eight week course is held from 7:00 to 8:30pm Monday evenings.
