Rongton Unit 29: Thirty-Seven Factors of Enlightenment
This teaching is translated by Lama Choedak Rinpoche from Buddhist cannonical scriptures that are seldom read. Traditionally The Factors are listed in groups of four, five, seven and eight and include concepts of Four Mindfulnesses and the Eightfold Path. They are universal concepts known in all Buddhist traditions and encompass all the teachings. They contain training for one entering the path until reaching full enlightenment.
